Mission
As a placemaking agency, Local Culture works to develop new or transform underperforming real estate projects by conceptualizing world-class food and beverage activations. Since 2015, we’ve been redefining the modern-day food hall by humanizing underutilized spaces –combining innovative food and beverage concepts with world-class spacial design.
Services
At Local Culture, we’ve worked on some of the largest and most complex multi-tenant food and beverage concepts in New York City. Each project is unique as the needs of each market and each stakeholder is different. In order to develop an engaging, functional, and most importantly profitable space, we believe a strategic approach to construction, curation, and leasing must be taken.
Partnerships
Current and former Partners:
Our expertise lies in bringing together emerging and established culinary talent to provide innovative amenities for our communities and create additional revenue streams for our development partners.
Leasing
At Local Culture, we pride ourselves in helping emerging and experienced restauranteurs expand their businesses. Gone are the days of traditional food halls with large chains and we’re on a mission to help smaller businesses scale and give consumers what they’ve been asking for— a refreshing alternative.
